סביר להניח שזה נגרם על ידי דרייבר של כרטיס רשת/מודם 56/מודם USB/פירוול

תשיג דרייברים עדכניים ותסיר את הנוכחיים לפני התקנתם,אם זה לא יעזור אז תסיר תפירוול ותשיג אחר
