אני מציע לעבוד עם services דרך הקונסול המתאים (דרך administrative tools או start -> run -> services.msc. שם אתה יכול גם לקבל עזרה ותיאור של כל דבר, לראות במה הוא תלוי ועוד...

CTFMON אחראי על שינוי השפה, נדמה לי שבאופיס.

CTHELP - אם אני לא טועה זה וירוס. יש לך אנטיוירוס מעודכן שעובד כמו שצריך?

I changed the services from the Services.msc.

BTW, i checked the two unknown files one of them (CTHELPER) is belong to the Creative's drivers.

ABout the "CTFMON" i dont have office, so i have no idea what is this service.
