The comp got kind of slow, espically after the installtiobn of the SP2, anyway it freez for about 20 sec at win startup, and the  programs gots also slower than they were before.

My MSCONFIG is allmost clear, i check for spy files every weak (AD-AWARE), and i clean temp, internet files etc.

What can be the problem?

היי...אני באותה בעייה כמו שלך...

לא ניסיתי עדיין לתקן את זה..אבל גם לי הכל מוסר מה-STARTUP וכמעט הכל מה-SEVICES.

נסה לנתק כמה שיותר כבלים מהמחשב לפני שהווינדוס עולה...אולי זה מה שגורם לכך.

BTW, how can i know what to remove from the services list?

I am not sure its because the SP2, anyway if you feel that your OS gets slower you can allways remove it (SP2), so you can be calm.
