בעיה מטרידה בהפעלה של WIN XP

יש לי WIN XP וכאשר אני מעלה את המחשב הכל עולה ממש מהר אך המחשב בחצי דקה הראשונה לא מגיב , הוא לא משייך כל יישום שרץ עליו ב TASK MANGER ל USER המתאים ורק אחרי שהוא משייך כל ישום אז הוא מעלה את התוכנות הנוספות והדריברים השונים ( אנטי וירוס , דרייברים של NVIDIA ומאפשר לי להפעיל את החייגן להתחבר) מעבר לזה המחשב עובד מעולה .

ואם אני מנסה לבצע את הפעולות הללו המחשב זוכר אותם ורק לאחר שהכל עולה ומשוייך ל USER המתאים הוא מעלה את הפעולות המבוקשות
