שלום לכולם,

יש לי בעיה חמורה בווינדוס אקספלורר

כל פעם שאני מנסה לבחור ספרייה או או כונן בתוך האקספלורר

ולוחץ על המקש הימני של העכבר אני מקבל הודעת שגיאה על פעולה

בלתי חוקית, האקספלורר נסגר והווינדוס עולה כביכול מחדש ,

אני מקבל הודעה על קובץ שנקרא shell32.dll או משהו כזה.

האם מישהו מכיר תופעה כזו?

    סביר להניח שזו בעיה שנגרמת כתוצאה מתוספת כלשהיא שמתווספת לתפריט שנפתח בלחיצה ימנית. האם התקנת לאחרונה תוכנות כלשהן שאמורות להוסיף פריטים כלשהם לתפריט?

    אם אתה רוצה לבדוק אילו תוכנות מוסיפות מידע משלהן לתפריט שנפתח בהקשה ימנית על ספרייה, תמצא את המידע ב-Registry, ב:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
