  • לפני כשנתיים כשהתחברתי בפעם הראשונה לאפיק גיימס הם ביקשו ממני לשלוח מייל נוסף כגיבוי. פתחתי חשבון מייל במיוחד למטרה הזאת. 
  • אחרי תקופה ארוכה שלא הייתי באתר ניסיתי להיכנס היום וקיבלתי הודעה שהם שולחים לי מייל לחשבון המייל החדש הזה מטעמי אבטחה. נכנסתי לכתובת המייל שחשבתי שהיא הכתובת ששלחתי בזמנו לאתר אבל התברר לי שלא קיבלתי לשם שום מייל מהחברה! אני תקוע ולא יכול להיכנס לחשבון שלי, ומה שהכי מעצבן שהתמיכה שלהם על הפנים. לא מגיבים להודעות שני שולח להם. מה אני יכול לעשות?
