לפני כחצי שנה קניתי דל U2417H ולפני מספר ימים שמתי לב ל- 2 פיקסלים פגומים, שנראה שהאור הירוק לא נדלק בהם.

אחרי חיפושים נרחבים נראה שלפי המדיניות של דל המקרה הזה לא מכוסה ע"י האחריות של הדגם הזה.

 

האם יש לי מה לנסות לדבר עם דל ישראל ?

זה הרי אמור להיות הדגם האיכותי ודי מתסכל להיפגע מפיקסלים תקולים לאחר זמן כ"כ קצר.
