שלום,

 יש מחשב נייד לנובו u550, לפני כמה ימים החלפתי לו סוללה לאחר שהסוללה הישנה התרוקנה במהירות. 

הסוללה החדשה נטענה עד ל100 אחוז , אך לאחר שניתקתי מהמטען לא הצלחתי להטעין שוב והבוללה התרוקנה. 

מה יכולה להיות הבעיה?
