The Final Word

While E-Yama never specifically stated their 17NE1-S monitor would be designed for gamers, when the company hypes the fact that their unit has a 14ms pixel refresh rate, thats exactly the market they are hoping to reach. Unfortunately, this monitor certainly is a case of too good to be true, as one is not going to find an excessively great gaming 17 gaming LCD for under $500. For basic everyday tasks, a screen like this is all fine and good, but for gamers who expect the best from their screens, this is not a unit we would recommend.

רציתי לקנות אותו, מסך חביב ביותר, אבל יש לו שתי בעיות כבדות:

1. אין כניסת DVI. (לא כ"כ נורא)

2. מציג צבעים ב-18 ביט ולא ב-24 ביט. כלומר בפועל בערך 260,000 צבעים ולא 16.7 מיליון. הוא מדמה 16.2 מיליון צבעים בשיטה שנקראת Dithering.

הסמסונג עושה בדיוק אותו הדבר אגב!

לאיזה מסך אתה מתכוון צביקה ?

הVIEWSONIC הנ"ל כבר בארץ ממזמן. אבל אנשים "חכמים" כל הזמן אומרים שהוא מבוסס על שפורפרת AU אז הוא פחות טוב מHYDIS ולא מבינים שאין HYDIS בארץ ובכלל כמעט אין. ואגב בביקורת של טום הוא היה יותר טוב מHYDIS בהצגת סרטים...
