איך אפשר לחבר מחשב נייח אל מחשב נייד?

יש לי במחשב הנייח כוננים קשיחים שאני רוצה להשתמש בהם דרך המחשב הנייד, יש דרך/חיבור כזה בין המחשבים? או רעיון אחר לחיבור הכוננים הקשיחים לנייד? :) 

המחשב הנייח קצת ישן מלפני 8 שנים, הנייד הוא ASUS ROG STRIX GL502VY.
