מגיב, אפילו לא כפתור הריסט. שמתי לב שהיו מלא עידכוני ווינדוס (שהצליחו) ביום שבו התחילו הבעיות, אבל משום מה הוא לא יצר RESTORE POINT אין DUMP של הקריסות, אין שום דבר ב EVENT LOG. מה זה יכול להיות? גם פורסם 2016 באוגוסט 139 שנים אם עד עכשיו הכל עבד תקין ונעשו עדכונים ומאז יש בעיות, אז זה נשמע כמו בעיית תוכנה ולא חומרה, סה"כ יש לך מחשב איכותי ואין סיבה שהוא יקרטע. כדאי לנסות לבדוק האם יש תוכנות רוגלה שמשתמשות במעבד/בראם וגלל זה המחשב קופא ונתקע, כמו כן כדאי להריץ תוכנות לבדוק שאכן כלל החומרה בסדר (passmark burning test) יעשה את העבודה, תריץ בדיקה ביחד למעבד/ראם/כ.מסך - אם הבדיקה עוברת בצורה תקינה סימן שרכיבים אלו בסדר. תוריד hard disk sentinel ותבדוק מה קורה עם הכוננים הקשיחים. כדאי להוריד את התוכנה של סמסנוג לSSD למטב את פעולתו. וכמובן שווה לוודא שהמחשב נקי מאבק, והכל תקין שם בתוך המארז.

פורסם 2016 באוגוסט 179 שנים הייתה לי אותה בעיה עם המחשב החדש שלי, אחרי הרבה בדיקות גיליתי שפשוט הכונן SSD שלי היה תקול. המערכת הפעלה מן הסתם הייתה מותקנת עליו ולכן המחשב קפא כל כמה דקות גם בעבודה משרדית ולא מאומצת. בקיצור, תעשה בדיקות מהירות וכו' לכונן.
