אני מאמין שנדפק לך משהו ביוזר והם פשוט לא יודעים מה נדפק.

נשמע לי הזוי שספקית גדולה תבצע  Shaping  ברמה כזו לאתר כמו יוטיוב.

לדעתי עם יוזר אחר של בזב"ל זה יסתדר. תתקשר אליהם ותוסיף לכמה ימים.
