ב-SP2 טכנית הם לא יכולים לסדר את הבעיה, כיוון שהבעיה נמצאת בהתקנה של הוינדוס וה-SP2 הוא עידכון אחרי שכבר סיימת להתקין את מערכת ההפעלה.

לא בדיוק - חבילות העדכון אכן מעדכנות מערכות הפעלה מתוקנות, אבל ניתן בעזרתן גם לעדכן את קבצי ההתקנה, כך שההתקנה כבר תתקין את מערכת ההפעלה עם SP2. אין לי מושג אם מיקרוסופט אכן יוסיפו תמיכה ב SATA ב SP2, אבל זה נראה צעד הגיוני.
