יש לי מדפסת canon MX450 והתקנתי WINDOS 10 ומשום מה אני לא מצליח לסרוק איתה מה שמגיע מובנה בוינדוס "פקס וסריקה" אני מקבל הודעת שגיאה :

בעצם זה https://support.microsoft.com/he-il/kb/2876213 אבל אין פיתרון לוינדוס 10, הורדתי כלי מסויים מהאתר של קנון וזה עבד, אב אני רוצה שזה יעבוד בלי כלי חיצוני, איך מסדרים את זה?
