שלום,

לפני שבוע בערך הורדתי את windows 10 והוא לא היה לי נוח כל כך בגלל כל מני שינוים, אז חזרתי לwindows 7 אבל עכשיו windows 7 בקושי עובד לדוגמא:

אחת הסיבות שעברתי ל-10 הייתה בגלל שב-7 סייר windows קרס פעם בכמה זמן, אבל עכשיו הוא קורס יותר.

המחשב שלי ממש איטי ועד עכשיו לא הצלחתי לגרום לא להריץ שתי תוכונות בו-זמנית.

בגלל בעיות אלה החלטתי לחזור (שוב פעם) ל-windows 10 אבל עכשיו הוא לא מצליח להוריד את-10....

ניסיתי כבר בסביבות ה-5 פעמים והוא כל הזמן נותן לי את אותה תקלה: תקלה מס' 80200013 windows update נתקל בשגיאה לא מוכרת.
