יש לי חשבון בהוטמייל ואני יודע וזוכר בדיוק את שם המשתמש והסיסמה אבל אני נדרש לאמת בטלפון שאני בעל החשבון, החלפתי את המספר האימות לבזק כי נשבר לי הפלא פון, עכשיו בזק שינו את המספר בלי לשאול אותי ואני לא יכול להחזיר את המספר בבזק למרות שהוא לא נתפס. קניתי פלאפון חדש עם אותו מספר היה בשבור. זה חשוב כי יש לי בחשבון חלונות 8 ואופיס 2013 וגם סקייפ אני לא בקשר עם אנשים בסקייפ שלי. משום מה לפייסבוק אני כן יכול להכנס.
