האם היום בכל לוח של אינטל יש DUAL DDR? האם צריך לסדר את זה או שברגע שמכניסים 2 סטיקים שמסוגלים לעבוד בצורה הזו הוא עובד לבד?

It doesn't exist in any board but it does exist in all of the newer boards, it depends on the chipset.

And yes, it does work automatically once you insert two DDR modules in the appropriate DIMMs.
