הבנתי שעכשיו אין התחייבויות יותר וחבילות עם התחייבות הן עם מבצעים . הייתי בתשתית בזק משלם ל15 מגה 100 שקל ולספק 39 , ועכשיו שדרכתי בעלות של 104 שקל לתשתית 40 מגה ללא התחייבות והספק 40 מגה נשאר על 39. תודה (אקספלורר לא נותן לרדת שורה)
