שלום. רכשתי לאחרונה את ה-HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4645

ואם אני מדפיס בשחור, יש חלקים קטנים דהויים.

ניסיתי להדפיס ריבוע אדום ומופיעים פסים לרוחב הריבוע.

ניסיתי לעשות ניקיון למחסניות, אבל זה לא עזר.

    בדגם הזה יש ראשי דיו שמגיעים עם האלקטרוניקה כך שכנראה יש בעיה בראשי הדיו.

    בגלל שהתקלה מתרחשת גם בצבע וגם בשחור יש סיכוי קטן שיש בעיה במגעים של המדפסת ואז הולכים למעבדה של HP והם בודקים ומחליפים את המדפסת - קח בחשבון שזה יכול לקחת כמה ימים לקבל מהם תשובה.
