שלום, מדי פעם אני נתקל בקפיאת המחשב- התוכנות קופאות אבל אני יכול להזיז את העכבר נגיד או להשתמש במקלדת ולעבור מתוכנה אחת לתוכנה אחרת(נניח אם עבדו לי שני דפדפנים אז אני יכול לעבור מהאחד לשני) אבל לא מעבר לזה. זה קורה פעם בכמה ימים ובדר"כ ממה ששמתי לב זה קורה כשאני רואה סרטון באינטרנט. אשמח לקבל עזרה

    כן, יש לי וינדווס 7. בנוסף, יש לי קספרסקי והמחשב מוגן מרוגלות ווירוסים. לגבי עדכון וינדווס לא ביצעתי. ומחשב אין לי של DELL.
