youtube browsing seems slower than usual

hi everyone, i had a problem, with youtube for the last couple of months

any time i wanted to see a video, the website seems to have problems and the video itself takes a long time to play, and even when its fully buffered, still the video breaking up....

when i watching the same video on my phone, all is ok

the bandwidth is really good in here and i have no further problem except this one

the windows is legit and im running the essentials that is fully updated

i would very much appreciate if you will tell me what is going on here

    את מדבר עברית?I don't know if it will help you but I had the same problem,and the problem was low gpu usage due to core parking.
