שלום לצוות,

יש לי בעיה במכשיר מחברת Sony המכשיר שאני מדליק אותו אחרי מספר דקות נכבה .

מצב סוללה -תקינה .

המכשיר תקין ולא נגוע בוירוסים.

בעיה זאת מתרחשת בעיקר בזמן גלישה באינטרנט (ניסיתי כמה דפדפנים ועדיין זה קורה )

הערה : המכשיר נשלח דרך סלקום למעבדה והמכשיר חזר כמו שהוא .
