לא יודע אם זה הוזכר כאן, אך למי ששם לב - ה window experience indexer נעלם ב win8.1

אך יש דרך להפעיל אותו ידנית:

It's still there (well sorta there):

Press the Windows + R and type "winsat formal ." (without quotes; yes, include the period before the cr)

Go to: C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore and click the formal assessment XML file to view your scores.
