אל תשכח שמעבד זה עסק הרבה יותר קשה, ולא סתם שיש הבדלי ביצועים בין ליבה של AMD ושל INTEL. מושגים כמו pipeline, out of order, branch prediction, cache miss ועוד משפיעים באופן לא פחות מהאם בפועל גם התוכנה היא ram intensive או cpu intensive וגם איך היא כתובה משפיעה על זה.
