well i wont use the card in the folowwing week or month , but i guess i'll need to use it in some point of time , thats why i need all your help guys. i'll be back in israel i guess in 4 to 6 month thats alot of time

Hi i solved the problem ,its so easy , all you need is a card reader , and now i can say that undelete or unformat cards that were on canon A70 , zeroassumption digital image recovery is good and freeware , but very basic , dont do the job perfect and cant get the videos , there is also photorescue2 and bad copy pro that where good.
