כבר המון זמן שאני עם הבעיה הזו... % השימוש במעבד נמצא בממוצע על 40 בזמן מנוחה כמעט מחולטת.

הרצתי סריקת ווירוסים, לא נמצא כלום.

מחקתי כל מיני תוכנות שהיו לי על המחשב ובדקתי את השימוש במעבד במנוחה מוחלטת, עדיין בסביבות ה40%.

למה זה כ"כ גבוה? זה לא אמור להיות על 0-3% במנוחה?
