זוכרים את הREPAIR הכיפי של XP כאשר היה DLL חסר??

אז עכשיו אני מקבל שגיאה

windows could not star coz the following file is missing or corrupt:

<windows root>\system32\hal.dll

וזו מערכת ווינדוס 7 שאין את הדיסק המקורי(יש רשיון אין דיסק) אז שמתי דיסק מאסטר של ווינדוס עם כל הגרסאות ואני מחפש את הREPAIR או משהו בסגנון ולא מוצא
