שלום, אני לא מצליחה לסדר בעיה עם המדפסת. הנורה מהבהבת ללא הפסק, אבל לא נראית אף הודעת שגיאה.הורדתי מהאתר של HP את התוכנה שבודקת את המדפסת והיא מודיעה שהכל בסדר ועובד כראוי.בלחיצה ארוכה הדף לא נמשך לתוך המדפסת.עשיתי ריסטרטים למכביר. המדפסת נכבית - אבל עם ההדלקה הנורה ממשיכה להבהב. ניסיתי להוציא ולהכניס את החיבורים של המדפסת - החשמל וה USB.אני עובדת עם וינדוס 7. הבעיה התחילה כששלחתי להדפסה והתעכבתי בהזנה של הנייר. מאותו הרגע, היא נעלבה כנראה, ומסרבת לשתף פעולה.אשמח לכל רעיון לפתרון הבעיה.
