יש לי טלוויזית LED 42LS340Y של LG

אני מוריד סרטים בפורמט MKV. לפעמים הכל בסדר, ולפעמים הטלוויזיה לא תומכת בסאונד.

עדכנתי את הפירמוור של הטלוויזיה וזה לא עזר. יש אפשרות לטפל בזה?
