    Capacitive או קיבולי זה מסך מגע מהסוג שיש באייפון וברוב המכשירים החדשים, המסך צגיב לעצם המגע בלי צורך ללחוץ עליו בכוח ובדרך כלל תומך גם במולטי טאץ' (נגיעה בכמה מקומות עם מספר אצבעות)

    Resistive או התנגדותי זה הסוג הישן יותר שדורש לחיצה של ממש על המסך ומגיב רק ללחיצה אחת כל פעם.
