do i can put off my pll and put something(another pll) else and i will get better overclocking capabilities so i can over clock my pc to more then 149MHZ on FSB(my moterboard:ecs P4VXAD cpu:i2.4B PLL:950901bf

?

by the way do someone know a good program to FSB OC NOT FROM BIOS

and did someone overclock on my mainboard type i will happy to hear(more than 150MHZ
