If it's real it really is amazing, but I find it hard to believe, 620 mhz 2-2-2-5, nothing even goes near that.

It is possible with the BH-5 More the the CH-5 cause the BH-5 likes better low timing then the CH-5.

I saw once only a demo stick that was published that has Winbond BH-4 on them.
