ב21 ביוני קניתי לאחי הקטן beats studio מאיזה מוכר בריטי באיביי.

ראיתי שעוד 30 אנשים קנו ממנו בדיוק את אותו הדבר ונתנו לו פידבק חיובי.

למוכר היה פידבק של 98 אחוז. ומכר כבר אלפי מוצרים.

כמה ימים אחרי ששילמתי קיבלתי את המייל הבא מאיביי:

ניסיתי כבר לשלוח לו הודעות דרך האימייל, ודרך איביי.

אבל המוכר לא ענה.

אז פתחתי נגדו case דרך eBay.

אני חושב שאולי פתחתי את הcase מוקדם, מדי כי eBay אמרו לחכות 10 ימים ואני פתחתי אחרי 6.

הקטע שהמוכר לא קיים יותר באיביי, וגם המוצר לא.

האם יש משהו שאני יכול לעשות חוץ מלפתוח case?

לי קרה משהו דומה אבל אחרי שהמוצר כבר נשלח ובאמת הגיע אלי אז לא נאלצתי לפתוח CASE.

קיבלת מס' מעקב לחבילה ? המוכר סימן שהמוצר נשלח ?

בכל מקרה, רוב הסיכויים שאתה מכוסה ותקבל את הכסף בחזרה.
