AMD Athlon, 2362MHz, 512KB (0% Load) @ 50°C (Fan @ 4272 RPM), Core @ 1.936V / Case @ 28°C

I'm a little afraid such a temperature / voltage could be lethal for the CPU :\

Should I be glad and leave it this way or downclock ?

When i just leave the CPU at 11x200mhz i don't have to raise voltages at all, and thus.. 31c-35c temperatures...

P.S.

Will cleaning the HSF and entire cooling system (all fans .. but still) from dust help lowering the temps?

Well maybe in those temps. you should consider seriously to change your CPU Cooling.

Your system temp. looks cool to me but the cpu is high as well as the cpu VCORE.

In my opinion you should take the voltage down a bit to 1.85 and try the max OC with it.

After if the temps. still stay high change the cpu cooling for somthing better and consider getting a home made cooling system.

I have (RIGHT NOW): winamp playing, mirc, trillian (icq thingy), and steam (cpu killer) running..

board 25c

cpu 45c

when it's in idle it goes lower

when i play counter-strike or run CPU burn for an hour, it goes to 50

ow are those temps?

so, if i change to an even better cooler (lets say some thermalright heatsink based cooling) i'll be ok ?

Well the best solution for you is the volcano 12+ but if you got the cash you may also get a SLK-900 /W Sf2

I'm narrowed down to twqo solutions:

1. My friend buys the Vantec AF from me, and I buy myself a Thermalright SLK700 /w 70mm TMD fan.

2. My friend buys the Vantec AF from me, and I buy myself a Thermalright ALX800 /w my Coolermaster 35CFM led fan.

I like the second option better because it means I'll have a led fan on the CPU.. which in most cases turns out most impressive

The ALX800 is much better.

Dont forget with all thermalright Heatsinks you have to purchase a fan as well i will suggest on the SF2 Made by Thermaltake

Like I said, I have a nice led fan to put on the ALX800, it's a cooler master blue led fan.. 35CFM and barely loud at all. very good i believe

אם כל כך חשוב לך היופי של המאוורר של המעבד קח את ה sf2 w/cool mod יש לי אותו והוא ממש ממש יפה !

אני אחפש תמונה שלו ואני אכניס לך פה כדי שתראה.. הוא גם יהיה הרבה יותר יעיל מהcooler master

ואתה תקבל את השינויים שאתה רוצה

אין צורך במאוורר חזק כמו ה SF2, ה ALX יעבוד מצויין גם עם מאוורר פחות חלש מהקולרמאסטר.
