שלום יש לי מודם ale 130 של adsl וכןג פעם שאני גולש או מוריד משהו אחר כך מנסה לכבות את המחשב הוא לא מתכבה הוא כותב לי "שומר הגדרות" ונתקע לא זז הוא לא מתכבה תעזרו לי בבקשה תודה!!!! (יש לי הינדוס xp)

    תבחר באיתחול סלקטיבי ותסיר את הסימון מטען פרטי איתחול.

    עכשיו תבצע תהליך של אלמניציה עד שתגלה את התוכנה הבעייתית שנתקעת לך ברקע.
