אבקש את עזרתכם בפתרון בעיה של USB לא מזוהה במחשב DELL V131.

רכשתי מחשב חדש והתקנתי בו מערכת הפעלה WIN7.

USB2 עובד אך 2 USB3 אינם עובדים.

מה אפשר לעשות על מנת לפתור את הבעיה?
