PHP Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating application/tools changes, installation of upgrades, patches and new versions, interacting with Systems DBA and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in PHP

  • Proven knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JS, Ajax

  • Experience in working with DB (MySql/Oracle/MSSql)

  • Experience in working in Linux/Unix environment

  • Ability to work independently

  • Fluent English (reading, writing)

Training and Support Team Member

Role Description:

1.Provides professional training on all products and solutions for internal and external customers

2.Provides 2nd level support both to external clients and internally in the company

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in training

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in training development

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Content Writing

  • Strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills

  • Fluent English – reading and writing

  • Experience in training Web – an advantage

  • Knowledge of CMS applications – an advantage

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details.

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Able and willing to travel abroad

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans the training agenda and scenarios according to the customer’s scope

  • Writes the training exercises

  • Proficient with all the new features of the product

  • Provides customer feedback and insight from the training sessions to the project and account managers.

  • Keeps the training material up to date.

  • Scan the Trouble Ticket system and give the 2nd level of support.

  • Make sure tickets are handled as per the SLA.

  • Be proactive /creative in resolving or providing resolutions or workarounds.

  • Be able to identify problems and give in depth information of the cause and recreation steps.

  • Be aware of the forthcoming customer releases.

  • Escalate issues to the support and training TL when needed.

  • Write or modify product manuals based on R&D SRS and the product requirements.

  • Proficient with all the new features of the product.
