    מדובר בשני רכיבים שונים.

    מכפלת ה-CPU מתייחסת רק למעבד עצמו ולא משפיעה על הליבה הגרפית.

    לליבה הגרפית ניתן לבצע OC נפרד אם ה-BIOS/UEFI שבלוח האם מציעים אפשרויות כאלה (לדוגמה, ברוב לוחות ה-H67 לא ניתן לבצע OC למעבד אך כן לליבה הגרפית), אם כי ה-OC הזה לדעתי מיותר.
