לאחרונה עם כל הדלקת מחשב, האנטי-וירוס של נורטון מודיע לי שקובץ בשם fsg_4104.exe מנסה להתחבר לאינטרנט ומומלץ לחסום אותו.

מחיטוט ברשת מצאתי כי הקובץ הוא כנראה סוג של "עוגיה" מ-KAZA אבל לא הבנתי איך להיפטר ממנו.

אשמח לקבל עזרה בנושא.

    הוא בא מבית Gator (התנין המציק הזה / תוכנה ששולחת מידע):

    1) אתה יכול לבדוק אם יש לך בהוספה/הסרה את התוכנה (לא זוכר את השם המלא אבל משהו עם Gator)

    2) אתה יכול למחוק אותה (אבל אז יכול להיות שהיא לא תמצא בהפעלה ותהיה לך שגיאה)

    3) לחסום אותה כמו שהנורטון מציע (סתם תשב לך בזכרון ותזלול זכרון)
