How can an AGP slot\AGP speed\Video card effect the maximum stable FSB speed ?

I heard that it does effect.. i dunno how.

and why cant i left the text ?

    בלוחות ישנים יותר שהמהירות של ה-AGP לא נעולה ככל שאתה מעלה את ה-FSB עולה גם המהירות של ה-AGP.

    ה-AGP לא יכול לעמוד באינספור מה"צ ומתי שהוא הוא מתחיל לפשל, כנ"ל לגבי PCI.

    בלוחות החדשים שני אלו נעולים (AGP=66MHZ, PCI=33MHZ).
