הזמנתי מוצר מאמריקה, שנשלח דרך USPS First Class.

בדקתי את הסטטוס של המוצר באתר USPS וכתוב Delivered, בברוקלין!

כמובן שמדובר בטעות כי אני בישראל.

יש לציין שכתוב באתר שמדובר ב International Letter.

התקשרתי אליהם, והתשובה שלהם היתה כזו: מכיוון שמדובר ב First Class (המשלוח הכי זול שלהם), אין באפשרותם לעזור לי ולוודא שאכן היתה טעות.

הסברתי להם שאם זה International Letter והוא אפילו לא יצא מגבולות המדינה, כנראה שיש טעות.

הם לא רוצים להקשיב...
