    לא מדובר בסוג זכרון שונה. KVR הם ראשי התיבות של Kingston Value RAM. זה בסך הכל שם מותג שתחתיו משווקים חלק מהזכרונות של Kingston כך שאין שום הבדל בין הזכרון הזה לבין כל זכרון אחר בטכנולוגיית DDR.
