    כתוב: gpedit.msc

    בחלון שנפתח גש לתיקיה:

    User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Explorer

    חפש את השורה - Remove CD Burning Features ולחץ עליו פעמיים.

    בחלון שנפתח בחר ב Enabled.
