גבוהה יהיו יותר עמידים ויותר יציבים באובר קלוק כמובן שיש עוד סיבות..

אם הגעת למצב שהמעבד שלך נשרף בגלל שלא הצלחת לקרר אותו, זה אומר שנכשלת ובכלל לא היית צריך להתחיל להמהיר...

כמו כל דבר לכל אחד יש את הייתרונות והחסרונות שלו, ואם תשייט טיפה בפורום תוכיל להבין מהם בקלות יתרה.

לגבי "AMD יותר מתחממים" - הכל יחסי.

תאורטית, חום המעבד יהיה שונה מהחום שהוא פלט כאשר במהירות מקורית.

Let's set the facts straight, you can't say all AMD CPUs are great for overclocking and you can't say all Intel CPUs are great for overclocking, both have ups and downs, I shall list them.

Intel:

Pros:

- work at a very high bus and with very high memory speed and thus get superb results.

- Over all performance tend to be better

Cons:

-locked multiplier

-Impossible to know the capability of the CPU before you check it since even P4 CPUs of the exact same stepping which looks exactly the same can overclock very differently (I had two identical looking 2.4C of the exact same stepping and one got to 3.06 while the other can do above 3300 with ease).

-Tend to have a very high temperature difference between idle and load situations and also they slow down when they overheat without any way of you noticing it.

AMD:

Pros:

-Open multiplier

-Stepping can indicate the capability of the CPU in advance and in most cases it's possible to predict the capability of the CPU

-Latest cores aren't as hot as the old ones and at most time my AMD system is cooler than my P4 even under considerable overclocking.

Durable to very high voltage unlike P4 that can get seriously damaged by it.

Cons:

-works at a lower bus with lower memory speeds.

רק בגלל שמעבדי אינטל נוטים לקבל הרבה יותר רוחב פס לא אומר שהם יפלו בביצועים הכלליים. :

I only referred to the 32bit generation in my post.

The new CPUs are a whole different story and untill some time passes and more people get an impression of how they are I don't regard them in this context.

Regardless, in my opinion they are also simply too expensive to be considered right now.

the fact is that most of the fried cpu's are AMD cpu's! I never heard that an Intel CPU got fried.

If there is someone in this furom that "fried" an Intel CPU, please respond, I wanna know how (TF) you fried it!
