תתחיל מהקל יותר - הסרה מלאה של הדרייבר והתקנת מעודכן (כ. מסך של ATI לפי ה-LOG)

בנוסף אני ממליץ לנסות כמה גרסאות שונות של דרייברים

האמת שהתקלה קרתה גם לפני שבועיים, וגם היום, לאחר שעדכנתי לגרסה האחרונה של CCC

האם יש סיכוי שיש בעיה בכך שלוח האם שלי הוא בעל ערכת שבבים של Nvidia, וכרטיס המסך שלי הוא של AMD???

לא (או יותר נכון סביר מאוד שלא)

אישית אני עובד עם אותו SETUP ואין לי שום בעיה

תתקין את הדרייבר שיש על הדיסק וחשוב מאוד לא לעשות עידכון/שדרוג של דרייבר קיים, כלומר קודם כל להסיר את הדרייבר המותקן דרך לוח הבקרה, אפילו תעשה את זה ב- SAFE MODE ורק אז תעלה את המחשב במצב רגיל ותתקין את הדרייבר מהדיסק

תודה רבה על התשובה, לא היה לי מושג שצריך להסיר דרייבר קיים לפני שמעדכנים.

אבל שאלה:

כשאתה אומר להתקין את הדרייבר שיש על הדיסק - למה אתה מתכוון - לדרייבר של לוח האם? או לדרייבר של כרטיס המסך?

בנוסף - אני מבין שאתה מציע להיכנס ל Safe Mode ורק אז לבצע - דרך הוספה/הסרה - את הסרת הדרייבר.

אבל - האם לא עדיף להשתמש ב DriveSweeper?

אם אתה מכיר את התוכנה driver sweeper זה מצוין

והבנתה אותי נכון:

1. להכנס ל- SAFE MOD

2. להסיר את הדרייבר דרך add/remove

3. להריץ driver sweeper על מנת לנקות שאריות

4. להעלות את המחשב במצב רגיל

5. יכול להיות שהדרייבר העדכני לא עבד טוב בגלל שעשיתה עדכון אז תנסה עכשיו להתקין אותו

אם עוד פעם לא יעבוד טוב אז תחזור על סעיפים 1-4 ואז תתקין דרייבר של כרטיס מסך מהדיסק שקיבלתה

מעולה!!!

(הדרייבר מהדיסק זהה לדרייבר מהאתר, ואף ישן ממנו - אז למה שבכלל ארצה להתקין אותו? רק במידה וכל האפשרויות האחרות כשלו. אבל עדיין - מדוע? האם זה בגלל שהוא בוודאות יעבוד? אולי כי הוא נוסה כבר על ידי החברה?

זאת הסקרנות שגורמת לי לשאול)

ההמלצה בגדול זה פשוט לנסות גרסה אחרת של דרייבר ומכיון שיש לך גרסה אחרת בישג יד (על דיסק) אז אתה לא צריך לחפש יותר מידי

באותה מידה אתה יכול למצוא גרסה ישנה באינטרטנט, לא חייב להשתמש בדיסק
