יש לי בעיה מוזרה

בהתחלה היה לי במחשב יוזר אחד עד שיום אחד הוא פשוט נתקע. אין אפשרות לעלות אותו. כאשר המחשב עולה הוא פשוט נתקע. אני רואה את הרקע. אתהאייקונים על השולחן העבודה ופה זה נגמר. פס ההתחל לא עולה והמחשב לא מגניב.

העלתי את המחשב במצב בטוח דרך היוזר אדמיניסטור ופתחתי יוזר חדש.

שם הכל עבד פיקס עד היום שהתופעה הגיעה גם לשם.

הפתרון הוא שוב לפתור יוזר חדר.

אבל זה לא פתרון נורמאלי...מישהו יכול להגיד לי למה הבעיה נוצרת מההתחלה ואיך אפשר לפתור אותה?
