First u'll need the latest flashrom v2.23, you can get it here : http://www.radeon2.ru/bios/util/flashrom2.23.zip

Second, is your card a VIVO ?

put back your radeon and take out any pci vga card

it is, then this is your bios : http://www.radeon2.ru/bios/gc_r9600p_vivo.zip

if your card is not a VIVO, try anyway

make a dos boot disk with the fallowing files :

1. flashrom.exe

2. flashrom.rom

3 autoexec.bat

4. r960vivo.s1

in autoexec.bat write these lines only :

flashrom -p 0 r96pvivo.s1 -f

reboot and wait ...
