שלום לכולם.

ברשותי מחשב נייד alienware area 51 m9750 שנקנה לפני שנתיים וקצת בחול, כל שלושת הכניסות של האוזניות המיקרופון והרמקולים לא עובדים לי.

הרמקולים המובנים של המחשב כן עובדים אז כנראה שזה לא בעיה של חומרה....אני חושב.

יש למישהו מושג כיצד אני יכול לפתור את הבעיה הזאת?

אם זה בעיה במחשב עצמו למי אני יכול לפנות?
