אחרי שקיבלתי את המחשב הראשון עם פיקסל שרוף החליפו לי וקיבלתי אתמול חדש הדלקתי אותו בתמימות עוד לפני שחיברתי אותו למטען הווינדוס התחיל בהתקנה שלו והמחשב נכבה ...

חיברתי למטען והדלקתי שוב וכשהוא מנסה להתקין שוב את הווינדוס הוא רושם לי את השגיאה הבאה :

"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart installation."

וככה זה עושה לי גם אחרי 50 פעמים שעשיתי ריסטרט והתמיכה טכנית של אמטל לא עובדים היום ... מה עושים ??

    יכול להיות שיש בעיה בדיסק הקשיח, או בהתקנה של המחשב. בשני המקרים מעבדה תהיה הפתרון - כשהמחשב חדש לחלוטין

    הקטע שהוא התחיל להתקין והפסיק באמצע והוא לא מצליח לחדש את ההתקנה .. יש אפשרות למחוק את הקבצים הקיימים ולתת לו להתקין מחדש או משהו ?
