אז ככה, הבעיה כזו:

כל כונן, אם זה הארד דיסק, או התקן סידירום, שאני משנה את האות שלו לF: - לא מופיע בMy Computer. כאשר אני מקליד ידנית f:\ הוא נכנס אליו. כאשר אני משנה לאות אחרת, מופיע כרגיל (נגיד h:).

שינוי השמות מתבצע דרך הdisk management שבcomputer management שבAdministrative Tools (שבControl Panel).

הורדתי Tweak UI, הלכתי לMy Computer והיה מסומן שם כן להראות את f: . בכל מקרה, ביטלתי את הסימון, הפעלתי מחדש את המחשב, והחזרתי את הסימון - ועדיין, אותה בעיה. שוב, הדבר קורה עם כל התקן, הארד דיסק, דיוידי, צורב, u name it, ובכל אות אחרת אין בעיה. מה לעשות? :-\
